I am a legal coach and mentor. I listen, I hear, I support.
I am a legal coach for female lawyers. I am a graduate of “Leadership in Law Firms” at Harvard Law School and the “Lead” program at Stanford Business School.
I am also the academic director of the postgraduate studies program “Legaltech and Innovations in the Legal Industry” and a lecturer in Legal Design at SWPS University, as well as a certified Legal Design trainer.
I have extensive experience gained at Deloitte, Harvard Business Review, and RSM Poland. For the past eleven years, I have run my own consulting firm, Firemind, working primarily with professional services firms and technology startups.
I am the co-founder of two Legaltech startups. From 2020 to 2022, I served as the Ambassador for Poland at the European Legal Tech Association, and in 2021, I was nominated for the European Women in Legal Tech award. I have also been a mentor and judge at the Global Legal Hackathon from 2020 to 2024 and at Hack4Law from 2021 to 2022.
I frequently speak at national and international conferences and conduct training sessions organized by legal associations and international legal organizations.

At the Foundation, I lead many important projects for the legal community together with my team:
- A mentoring program for young female lawyers,
- The Career Support Center,
- The “Law with Technology in the Background” competition,
- The “Women in the Legal Services Industry” survey,
- The list of the top 25 women lawyers in business who have a significant impact on business, developed in collaboration with Forbes Women.
- The anti-discrimination guide for women in business, “Sweetheart, Make Me Some Coffee.”
- The podcast for female lawyers, “The Right to Speak.”
- Numerous in-person and online events.
